It’s a west philly drinking hole for an ample meal and a locally made beer on tap. The fish and chips are consistently perfect. The bartenders treated me and my partner so kindly when they learned it was our first night out as new parents. For that they’ll keep a special place in my heart.

So I’ve been here twice and gotten worldly different experiences. The first, burger was awesome and we enjoyed coming here so much we decided to come back again… The second experience. No. Just No. Never. Nope. Bleh. We brought a friend with us and ordered two burgers and a banh mi. The burgers were just not even the same. Flavor, texture, and quality weren’t there. But the banh mi, wow it’s just so damn bad. So much bread, few cheap slices of deli ham, no radish, odd mustard, and coleslaw?!? Has anyone from this restaurant even had a banh mi or was it something they saw once on food network so they used the name?? Also, a small piece of burnt fry was in the sandwich… Overall, I am averaging the scores and rounding up. Only reason it’s 3 stars not 2.

Love this place! The brunch menu is full of vegan options more than any other place I have been. They have a great beer selection with some specials including a select British bitters. Opens at 11am on Sunday for the EPL matches as they are broadcast live from England which is 5 hours ahead. They stopped serving the English Fry and the big pancake but there are other items on the menu that I found interesting (West Philly is a favorite). Anyway, the beer and food menus are worth the trip to 44th and Spruce St. Just a word of caution, parking can be a bit challenging so I suggest using public transportation or ride share. Also, there's a bottle shop next door that carries wine and beer take out.

This vibrant and romantic bar is located in my neighbourhood & really loved it. Went for the outdoor dining, they had outdoor heater too so didn’t feel cold. The drinks were also good according to price. The waiter and servers were also cordial.

This place is amazing!! Been In Pennsylvania, specifically the Springfield/Philadelphia area since 2018 and I finally was able to visit. Great beer selection, short food menu but amazingly 🤤. Now for my meat lovers mosto of their plates are vegan, but they will accommodate for you. Their hot pickled veggies are to die for. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Their staff genuinely want to answer all your questions and they take pride on it. From food prep to making sure your drink is the talk of the town they will make sure you come back for more.Ask for Ms. Andy when you get here.

My favorite bar in west philly. Always a great selection of craft beers. A solid food menu with consistent regulars like vegan nuggets and brussel sprouts. Diverse, quality staff that provide a fun and friendly environment.

The lamb burger here was the best in Philly. Unfortunately can't see it in menu any longer. If you happen to visit, do ask for it - maybe they'll bring it back if enough of us keep asking for it. The burgers in general are pretty good too. The hoagies are pretty meh.
